Ms. Leytes joined Lewis & Hand, LLP in March 2008. Presently she serves as an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property, Litigation and Real Estate practices, where she handles trademark prosecutions, domain name disputes, litigations and real estate transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Leytes worked for the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Arbitration and Mediation Center in Geneva, Switzerland. At WIPO her responsibilities included drafting documents for international arbitrations and mediations related to intellectual property, managing cases and reviewing decisions for Internet domain name proceedings under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP), and providing research and written recommendations for WIPO publications.

During law school, Ms. Leytes provided litigation support for the intellectual property firm Kolisch Hartwell and was an extern in the Global Trademark division of the Coca-Cola Company. She also gained experience in the entertainment law field. She worked for music publisher, LC Music, where she drafted publishing and licensing agreements for film, television and movies, and assisted with business development and rights clearance.

Ms. Leytes has directed theatrical productions in the U.S. and in Ireland, conducted script appraisal for Broadway producer Dede Harris Productions and served on the board of a regional theater. She has assisted in preparation of theatrical production contracts and is pleased to offer her clients her theater law and industry expertise.
