Jeremy F. Manning, Esq. represents creative businesspeople seeking to develop, protect and extend their companies and creative ideas. He graduated from Columbia University with an A.B. in Philosophy in 1990 and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law with a J.D. in 1995.
Prior to law school, Mr. Manning worked at the Albert Einstein School of Medicine in the Neurosurgery Department where he employed DNA assay techniques to study the chemosensitivity of brain tumors. He later was the first manager of the Innocence Project, a non-profit working to free the wrongfully convicted using DNA forensic technology.
Mr. Manning has represented an array of technology companies and creative individuals, from Web 2.0, financial services and biotech companies, to social gaming companies, to filmmakers, artists, performers, authors and other entertainment industry professionals. These representations have included fundraising and new capital acquisition, copyright, patent and trademark protection, and dispute resolution.
He has also litigated a variety of commercial and intellectual property cases in federal and state courts.
Mr. Manning was born in New York City.
